The planner is designed to help you recognize and reflect on patterns in your daily routine by being mindful of your challenges, feelings and perceptions. The daily questions will help you prioritize, focus, find joy, love yourself and get clarity.
We wanted to make these new daily reflections easy by integrating it into your daily schedule and to-do lists as a reminder. That's why it's a planner and a journal, so you can make it a habit as well as keep everything in one book. Once you start, it will be a ritual you'll really look forward to each day. When we can recognize who we are and what makes us happy, we can be intentional in all that we do.
